• Security deposit and rent payment is accepted as cash, money order, cashiers check, travelers checks.
• There is a $250 security / damage deposit required. The deposit is not part of the rent. It automatically converts to a damage deposit at the time of check-in. Deposit is returned within 14 business days provided there is no damage and the house is not left in an unusually dirty condition.
• Dishes must be CLEAN and put in the proper place, groceries removed and garbage placed in the garbage cans on the street.
• A 30 day written cancellation is required for your deposit to be refunded or transferred to another house. A  90 day cancellation is required for monthly rentals. There is a $25 processing fee for all reservations which will be forfeited in the event you cancel.
• No refunds for early departure, except for hurricane evacuation.
• Please don't sit on furniture with wet bathing suits.
• All bed linen and towels are provided – You must furnish your own soap and paper products.

• Phone- Local calls only. Long distance calls are blocked so please use your calling card, credit card or reverse the charges.
• Trash Pickup on Tuesday and Friday Mornings.
• Wash sand off before entering the house to protect furniture and carpet.
• No grilling on the decks.
• Please don't sit on furniture with wet bathing suits.
• To help with cooling please keep all doors and windows closed.
• Close blinds when you leave.
• Please do not pour grease down the drains.
